If you have a one of our enabled product (perhaps under the “powered by Yoics brand”, it should be automatically detected when you log into our site.
If for some reason that is not working for you and your browser supports Java, our on-line Device Finder applet might be able to help. Click below on the the ‘Find Devices’ button and you will either be presented with information about your device(s), or you will be notified that no devices were found. If the device is found, you can then select it and press the “View selected device” button to show your device.
If you are still unable to connect to your device, we recommend you contact the support department of the company who made the product. If you need help with features related to remote or mobile access, please submit a support ticket on-line.
